I am amazed at how many people do not use this simple and free advertising technique.

Whenever you send an email, you should include a signature line that includes a short advertisement, and the link to your web site.

For example, here is one of my signatures.

Sincerely,
Mike Gates

* I’m not using my phone number in this post because I don’t want to get hammered with people calling me.
**I’m not using my email address because I don’t want a spam bot harvesting my email address from this post.

Every time I send an email, or reply to an email the signature above goes at the bottom of the email. You never know who may be looking for a way to make money from home. You never know who may click on your link and join you in business.

I use Microsoft Outlook Express as my email program. To create a signature for Outlook Express, click on “Tools” then “Options”. Click on the “Signatures” tab. Make sure the “Add signatures to all outgoing messages” check box is checked. Then go to the bottom text box and type in your signature. Click on the “Set as Default” button, then the “Apply” button and you’re done.

Now, every message that you send out will have your short advertisement in it.

By the way, if you post in forums, check to see if they allow a signature. If they do, make sure to include the same signature in your forum posts.

How’s that for a quick, easy and free work at home business tip?

As always, your comments and suggestions are welcome.

Mike
